Millet and flax can be offered to hamsters as occasional treats, but should not be a regular part of their diet. It is recommended to offer millet and flax to hamsters no more than once or twice a week in small amounts. These treats should be given in moderation to prevent any potential digestive issues or imbalances in their diet. It's important to remember that the majority of a hamster's diet should consist of a high-quality hamster food and fresh vegetables. **
